These will be announced when registration opens in November. There will be a registration fee that includes accommodation, and a cheaper one without accommodation.

There are limited opportunities for refunds, please check the terms and conditions on the registration page.

No, flights are not included in the registration fees, please book your own flights and airport transfers if required.

Yes, however you will need to organise your own flights and airport transfers. If you require a Visa Invitation letter, please email the conference organiser (kira@libertyevents.com.au) who will be able to assist.

Morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea is included on all 3 days of the conference. We are also hosting a cocktail function on the Thursday & Friday evenings. If you have selected the registration level that includes accommodation, breakfast the following morning of each night of your accommodation is also included.

We encourage all attendees to attend for all 3 days of the conference. If however you are only able to attend on certain days, this is acceptable, however there is not a one-day registration fee available, you must still select from the options provided.

This is an in-person event only, we are not offering virtual registrations.

Limited Parking is available at the conference venue, and if available, is included in your registration. Further details on how to access the car park and validate your ticket will be provided in your confirmation email.

Yes, if you select the registration type that includes accommodation, this will be at the same venue as the conference.
